I’m planning on creating an internet service company that enables customers to have a cheap internet connection at home. My perfect prototypical customer is a college student who studies and also has a job. This type of college students is typically independent. Most of them do not receive any help from their parents whatsoever. Because they have to pay for everything by themselves, money is a huge factor aside from everything. I decided to interview college students and low-income family households. What determined this was their source of income. Interview 1 This interview was to a college student named Paul that was studying for a BUL4310 exam on Heavener hall. I ask him what he does when he goes shopping for an internet service provider. He tells me that the first thing he does is look for google. He then told me that the problem with this is that only the same 3 companies pop up and his browser and he is tired of them. He told me that he has been with all of them and they are almost the same thing. They have very similar pricing and service. The first method I have used in the past to keep up with this post is to make reminders in my calendars. This is a class that has a lot of assignments at very unusual dates. If you don't write down what you have homework do on Friday by noon or a Monday at noon, you might forget. Another method that I have used for this class is to watch lectures before doing a cupcake. Many people do the cupcakes without even attempting to watch lectures because they are lazy. They simply do not want to spend 3 hours watching them. What surprised me the most of this autobiography was carnegie was ethical is somehow. Most of the men who built america differ on this aspect. However, philanthropic activities like donating to people make him a sort of an ethical man to me. He also was  a man that fought for world peace. What I did not like about him was that he did not paid his employees very well. He believed on a low wage system. In his journey, Carnegie encounter both success and failure. One of his huge success was his huge success with the steel business. He was one of the richest men in the world when he sold his business to JP Morgan for $400 million. His biggest failure in my opinion was the he could not achieve world peace. Which is something very difficult to do. Pick a segment and find three people who would fit that segment and arrange to interview them: I will choose people that don’t have a previous college education background and that have households to provide as my segment. Begin with need awareness: After my three interviews, my business concept is getting stronger and stronger. If people are willing to take the time from switching to their current internet provider to my company, I think that we are on a good track.
